We use a next generation CRM system which will make your life so much easier with our sellers portal accessible through an app. We use this system to send you feedback INSTANTLY after the viewing: this will often be a few lines to say if the viewer turned up/initial feedback etc but we will also follow up the next day with more detail. FAQs can be edited and property reports can be viewed. From the app you can also see all of your viewings, manage your diary to let us know the best times for viewings and even accept/decline offers. Once an offer has been accepted you can follow the progress of the chain right through to completion. No more not knowing what is happening and waiting on hold for your solicitor. You can view all the information in real time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This streamlines the entire process and makes for a much better customer experience.

  • Honesty. We will always be honest and straight with our customers, it’s one of the reasons that we have such good retention with our clients.
